Citation Styles for Electronic MediaThere is much discussion of the different ways of citing electronic media, and a number of different schemes have been proposed to cope with the growing number of ways in which information can be presented, obtained and viewed or used in publications. There is no one definitive technique for citing electronic media, any more than there is one definitive way of citing any other source. Just as there is the Harvard, MLA, APA, end-note, footnote or whatever method, so there are a number of ways of incorporating electronic sources into these schemes. This may well endure for some considerable time. Accordingly I have tried to bring together as many different proposals into this site as possible. Please feel free to email me with any others you may have found, and I will add them.
